The incumbent must ensure compliance with NBA, City of Oklahoma City, and Thunder cybersecurity expectations while managing subordinate managers and supervisors.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, procurement, bid evaluation, and acting as a decision maker for the Operations Department in the absence of the Senior Director.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
3 to 5 years of progressive IT management experience
Live event or venue setting experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Windows core infrastructure technologies
Cisco, Ruckus, or Extreme networking expertise
PCI compliance and cybersecurity protocol implementation
Experience with procurement, RFPs, and contract administration
Nice-to-have
Professional sports venue experience
Multi-site IT operations environment
Strategic planning for process improvements
Ability to work irregular hours including nights and holidays
Physical ability to climb lifts and catwalks
