Job Summary

• The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and controlling general operations at the branch by guiding, monitoring, controlling and planning for resources and ensuring that all branch activities are aligned to internal controls.
• This role involves supporting the implementation of the new strategic plan through leadership and supervision of branch operations, including growth in SG linkages, digitization initiatives, and staff/client training.
• Key responsibilities include managing risk, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, developing staff, and monitoring branch profitability and social performance.
