This role involves collaborating with internal partners to identify training needs and shape the clinical learning strategy, including onboarding and product launches.
The position requires leveraging future-forward learning platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and simulation-based education to strengthen capabilities in field and in-house medical affairs teams.
