This role leads the Quality Team at Haleon Levice to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving AI-driven transformation.
The successful candidate will manage a team of over 50 Quality professionals, oversee the site budget, and maintain readiness for Health Authority inspections.

Must-have
Bachelor/Masters Degree in Sciences or Engineering
Fluent in English and Slovak
5-10 years leadership experience in Quality
Experience with cGMP and ISO standards
Knowledge of Medical Device Regulation
Experience managing teams of 50+ professionals
Nice-to-have
Member of appropriate professional body
Master's degree or PhD in Scientific discipline
Strategic guidance for site transformation
Ability to work across functional boundaries
