Millennium Space Systems is seeking a Senior Capture Team Lead to drive new business and capture strategies in the national security space sector. The role requires strong leadership in campaign activities, customer engagement, and cross-functional team collaboration, with a focus on executing strategies for spacecraft programs
Job Summary
Lead campaign activities across one or more mission areas, owning efforts from early opportunity identification through contract award and transition to execution.
Partner closely with engineering, programs, Contracts and Global Supply Chain leadership to ensure solutions, capabilities, and investments are aligned to win and deliver.
This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy and is fully onsite at our office in El Segundo, California.
