Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer
  • Ability to troubleshoot lab equipment
  • Experience with hazardous material handling
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have

  • 2+ years post-degree experience in R&D or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with UL, ASHRAE, ASTM, ISO standards
  • Experience with combustion testing in HVAC&R
  • Knowledge of design of experiments and statistical techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Science Engineering
  • Strong mechanical ability to setup and maintain lab equipment
  • Demonstrated skills in multitasking and planning/organizing
