The primary purpose of this role is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include resident identification, recording information, reporting changes in condition, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
The position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing/walking.
