The ideal candidate will have experience as an LMS Administrator, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach to system management and learning support. **

Job Summary

  • You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless and engaging learning experiences across Summerset, supporting coordination, administration, and systems for learning, development, and engagement strategies.
  • This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine system expertise, data and reporting capability, and excellent customer service to ensure L&OD platforms are simple to use, fit for purpose, and deliver a great experience for our people.
