Job Summary

  • The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
  • We offer $40-45/hr, a $3000 sign on bonus for Full Time SLP PRN opportunities within our network of 14 Upstate facilities, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, & 401k with match and PTO for your birthday.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Licensed Speech Therapist
  • Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care
  • Supervisory experience with CFY Speech Clinical Fellows
  • Conducting inservices and staff training

Nice-to-have

  • Creating a culture of staff appreciation
  • Collaborative communication with healthcare team
  • Supporting nursing with Restorative Aide training

Key Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in SLP
  • State licensure as Speech Therapist
  • Completion of 350 clock hours supervised clinical practicum or equivalent
  • At least 9 months supervised full-time SLP services post-degree
  • Successful completion of national SLP examination
  • Maintain license in good standing with state board
  • Continued education per state requirements
