Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD (Atlanta); Base: $116,600 - $207,200 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission; Annual refresh stock grants included

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years project managing Enterprise ERP solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
  • Prior consulting experience with software companies
  • Managing project budgets and delivering profitably

Nice-to-have

  • Business development and service sales experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
  • Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
  • Balance of functional and technical experience

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) title level
  • 6+ years of project management experience in Higher Education ERP
  • 8+ years of project management experience for Principal level
  • Demonstrable experience implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Ellucian
  • 4+ years working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS
