Job Summary

• Assist in managing all critical building systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with local regulations while delivering exceptional service to our client.
• Support day-to-day operations of all hard services including HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire safety systems, building automation systems, and structural maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Japanese building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, and maintain strong client relationships by responding to service requests promptly.
