Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, space planning, or corporate real estate
  • Experience supporting complex portfolios with multiple facility types
  • Familiarity with lab or technical facility planning requirements
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD and CAFM tools
