Job Summary

  • This role will serve as a strategic legal advisor on complex workforce matters, data compliance issues, and other legal representation matters, supporting our mission-driven organization in maintaining the highest standards of legal and ethical compliance, across our global organization.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel on all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including compliance with global, state, and federal laws and regulations; conduct internal investigations; draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and policies; advise on compensation practices; and provide relevant legal support to HR, leaders, and other stakeholders.
