• Manage service for local policies with higher degree of complexity, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators.
• Proactively provide intelligence/information to Producing offices with respect to local market changes and trends, legislative, statutory changes and latest advisory rates for all lines of insurance dealt with in country.
