Job Summary

  • The Global Trial Associate role is part of a 12-month leadership development program with in-depth training across multiple clinical trial roles.
  • GTAs will gain knowledge and develop skills in pharmaceutical development, GCO procedures, regulatory requirements, and trial management tasks.
  • Upon program completion, GTAs will be placed in a Local Trial Manager or Ontario Site Manager role based on business need and skillset.
