Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
Deviation investigation and reporting
Process parameter monitoring and metrics development
Safety and environmental compliance (HSE)
Production plan execution and coordination
Nice-to-have
Leadership in continuous improvement projects
