The PD Strategist will assist districts with change management, serve as the point of contact for implementation support, and build capacity for self-sustaining implementation.
Responsibilities include developing district-wide PD strategies, advising on pedagogical questions, conducting program reviews, and collaborating with internal teams and district partners.

Base: $90,000 - $105,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus; Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid time off

Key Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency of technology integration
