Nerdgigs is seeking a Manager for its Warehousing department, responsible for overseeing warehouse operations during the 11:00 am – 7:30 pm shift in a hybrid work environment. The role includes inventory management, adherence to regulatory standards, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives in a pharmaceutical context

Job Summary

  • This position will lead and facilitate work teams across Receiving, Storing, Picking, Packing and Shipping for the 11:00 am – 7:30 pm shift.
  • Ensure safe and compliant adherence to cGMPs and other regulatory requirements, including OSHA, TSA, DOT, IATA and environmental regulations for hazardous and non-hazardous substances.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years experience (High School/GED) or 3 years experience (Bachelor's)

  • Strong problem-solving skills
