  • This role directly supports Manufacturing Engineers and fabrications on the plant floor through design and documentation of layout, tooling, fixtures, handling systems, safety, and ergonomics.
  • The position includes a wage of $27.20 per hour plus an 8% shift premium for the 3rd Shift, along with a quarterly goal sharing program and comprehensive benefits starting on Day 1.
  • Candidates must follow Caterpillar Production System principles including 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, Standard Work, PFMEA's, SFMEA's, and control plans.
