  • The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility and its residents, holding administrative authority and accountability.
  • This role requires supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, and training and development of staff, while ensuring the highest quality of services and adherence to all standards of practice.

  • CPR certification
  • Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
