  • 5 years of workforce planning, capacity planning, or workforce management experience

  • 5+ years direct people leadership experience
  • Experience supporting enablement, quality, training, or back-office operational functions
  • Experience supporting healthcare, provider operations, or regulated environments
  • Advanced proficiency with workforce planning and analytics tools
