Job Summary

  • As a valued member of our nursing team, you will provide care to residents in accordance with the standards of practice and offer leadership and guidance to the nursing and personal care staff.
  • The RAI-MDS Coordinator is responsible for supporting the long-term care home in the management and sustainability of RAI-MDS processes to ensure the validity of clinical and quality outcomes that support the provision of care and services.
