Job Summary
Under supervision you conduct experiments, complete assigned projects or offer functional services.
You will prepare samples and materials for descriptive, discrimination, consumer groups, and product testing and manage those samples and generate accurate data.
You will ensure the efficient and safe running of the consumer science laboratory, including maintenance of the quality system and compliance to food safety and health and safety operating procedures.
