Job Summary

  • As our Live Specialist you will coordinate, develop and manage all aspects of live animals within our store network ensuring that best practice standards are met at all times.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our adoption and rescue partners, supporting stores with adoption processes and ensuring all partners meet required welfare expectations and follow appropriate practices.
  • Organise ongoing product and animal care training for the team in various formats including face-to-face, e-learning, and webinars.
