Job Summary
The Corporate Finance M&A role offers a mix of hands-on transaction experience across industries and deal size ranges, with the majority having a cross-border aspect.
You will work with other team members globally in the analysis, financial modeling, negotiation, sourcing, and managing of M&A and advisory transactions on behalf on ING’s clients, both financial sponsors and corporates.
