Job Summary

  • The Behavioral Health Occupational Therapist selects and uses evaluations and interventions that promote mental health and support functioning in people with or at risk for psychiatric, substance abuse, or behavioral disorders.
  • Responsible for milieu program development, facilitation of groups, and program evaluation to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • The employee must regularly lift, carry or push/pull up to 10 pounds, frequently lift, carry or push/pull up to 10 - 25 pounds, and occasionally lift, carry or push/pull up to 20 - 50 pounds.
