Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment, and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Performs maintenance and preventive maintenance on the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other critical equipment, including Forklifts, Passenger Lifts, Lighting, Hydraulic equipment, Fountains, and Pumps.
