Job Summary
The Training and Education team is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving product training for associates and customers using MMS solutions.
This role is dedicated to ensuring that all product training and education adhere to industry standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and effectively address business and customer needs.
The primary focus of this role will be on Customer and Internal training for Parata products/solutions (MAX1-2 w/Stratus VM, PASS w/PIVOT servers, and PERL) to be delivered onsite and in BD offices.
