Job Summary

  • Identify and qualify modernization opportunities within both existing and new client portfolios, developing strategic account plans using KONE’s CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize sales performance.
  • Act as a technical advisor and modernization consultant to property owners, facility managers, consultants, developers, and portfolio investors, guiding them through lifecycle planning, code compliance, and future-proofing of their vertical transportation systems.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and technology advancements to maintain a leading-edge market position and provide accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline via CRM dashboards and management reporting tools.
