Key Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in M&A, corporate, and IP deals
  • J.D. and membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
  • Experience drafting distribution, licensing, and credit agreements
  • Experience with M&A due diligence and purchase agreements
  • Combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred
