Job Summary

• This twelve (12) month post-graduate educational training program aims to equip residents with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become highly qualified independent practitioners capable of delivering exceptional patient care.
• Residents will be responsible for providing pharmacy services including monitoring patient medication regimens, collaborating with the healthcare team, participating in multidisciplinary meetings and bedside rounds, and completing a residency project.
