Base: $145,000-$165,000; Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on percentage of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive health, retirement, and wellness programs

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree from accredited university
5 years in Sales/Proposals OR 3 years Program Management
