Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will be responsible for creating a culture of EHSS excellence by living Integer's values and driving associate engagement through the SAFE-Together program.
  • This role requires serving as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while managing budgets and team development.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHSS or related field

  • Experience with ISO 13485 certifications
