Responsible for the management, design, and oversight of the Quality Assurance and Compliance subunits of Regulatory Agency Inspections and Laboratory Quality.
Represents Global Quality functions in employee induction and training, client interactions, and acts as a bridge connecting CRG APAC and China Operations to Global Quality support teams.
Develops and executes compliance strategies and establishes quality and compliance standards within and across business units.
