Job Summary
Provides care of patients as a Surgical Technologist/ Technician and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other personnel in maintaining standards for professional practice in the clinical setting.
Responsible for gross decontamination of instruments including breaking down instruments for further cleaning in Central Sterile Processing and initiating, maintaining, and/or managing communication regarding specialty case start times, issue resolution, and staff and training updates.
