Job Summary

  • As a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings, you’ll be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way.
  • This role is an integral part of our company’s business development process, serving as a strategic partner/advisor to our largest customers and expanding business through new key account acquisition.
  • You will be responsible for leading cross-functionally in project management, effective planning, goal setting, market analysis, and forecasting to ensure customer expectations, revenue projections, and company objectives are met.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years OEM Key Account sales experience
  • BA or BS degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in strategic OEM Key Account role
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally
  • Ability to travel >50% domestically
