Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Scrum Master or Project Manager experience
Technical project management
Process improvement implementation
Facilitating project ceremonies
Managing multiple projects with deadlines
Cross-team collaboration
Time management and attention to detail
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
Experience with PowerBI and PowerApps
Data analysis and BI presentation tools
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
Strong written and verbal communication

Key Requirements
4 years experience in Scrum Master or Project Manager roles
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
