The Franchise Medical Head leads the medical strategy and execution for a therapeutic franchise, ensuring scientific excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and alignment with global and local business objectives.
Develop and execute the Franchise Medical Strategy aligned with global and regional strategy including integrated planning for launch readiness, lifecycle management and patient access.
Lead and develop the Franchise Medical team (Medical leads, MSLs, etc.).
