The Electrical Components Global Application Segment Leader role is a critical role that has been created to develop a global strategy for Electrical Components and execute it via the global organization to drive growth in Performance Materials.
As the Electrical Components Global Application Segment Leader you’ll be responsible to develop and execute a strategy for existing or new APS Performance Material products in the application segment Electrical Components which includes driving growth outside of existing sales to reach our APS growth targets.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in business, industrial marketing, science or engineering
10-15 years of experience in technical, business and/or commercial roles
Business development and project management experience
Exposure to E&E (Electric and Electronic) industry
Thorough understanding of Electrical Components technical requirements
In-depth knowledge of Electrical Components industry landscape in Engineered thermoplastics
Experience managing and prioritizing project activities
Track record of successfully driving growth
Demonstrated experience influencing and steering stakeholders
