Must-have
Seven years manufacturing shipping experience
Three years supervisory role in logistics
Supervise team across multiple shifts
Verify shipments against invoices and orders
Maintain ISO/TS 16949 and OSHA compliance
Nice-to-have
SAP software proficiency
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to champion operational change
Fork truck operation capability
Strong interpersonal communication abilities
Key Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum seven years experience in shipping & receiving
At least three years in a lead or supervisory role
