Partner with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing to launch new products and improve existing packaging.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
2–5+ years of experience in packaging development, testing, or manufacturing
Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD)
Familiarity with packaging test standards (ISTA, ASTM)
