This role requires a strong instructional leader who can drive curriculum quality, mentor teachers, and build meaningful partnerships with parents and the community. Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Leadership & Operations Oversee daily centre operations including student recruitment, publicity, and promotional initiatives Organise community events, excursions, parent collaboration projects, and year-end/graduation concerts Build partnerships with community organisations (e.g., Residents’ Committees, primary schools) Collaborate with staff on long-term strategic planning Perform opening and closing duties when required Curriculum & Academic Excellence Plan, design, implement, and evaluate curriculum and programmes in line with the centre’s vision and values Monitor and enhance curriculum quality through regular evaluation and research Mentor teachers on lesson planning, evaluations, and children’s portfolios Conduct lesson observations and identify professional development needs Coordinate training and development programmes for teaching staff People & Performance Management Participate in appraisal processes and staff development Provide leadership, guidance, and professional support to teachers Foster a positive and collaborative school culture RequirementsDiploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership (DPE-L) required Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting Ability to engage effectively with staff, parents, and community stakeholders If you are a passionate early childhood leader who believes in nurturing both children and educators, we welcome your application.
