Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
  • 2+ years of substation maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated field engineering work experience
  • Professional Engineering license in applicable state
  • Knowledge of NERC, NPCC, ISO, PUC regulatory standards

Nice-to-have

  • EIT certification or actively pursuing PE licensure
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, CYME, or PowerWorld
  • Experience with SCADA systems and GIS platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree BSEE from ABET accredited university
