  • Support post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation, defining client requirements, configuring, tuning, training, testing, and resolving issues.
  • Provide consultative guidance, analyze requirements, and offer product expertise throughout the post-go-live journey, while also assisting with basic project management.
  • Contribute to software quality by communicating defects, supporting resolution, and identifying documentation improvements, while educating customers on CRIMS functionality and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial industry
  • Experience leading implementation or support of Investment Management systems
  • Experience implementing/supporting financial solutions within bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or wealth management firm
  • Hands-on experience implementing/supporting investment management software (order management and compliance system preferred)
  • Substantive experience in fixed income, equity financial instruments
  • Understanding of investment management or wealth management workflows
  • Technically savvy: understanding of multi-tier technical architectures and relational database structures, familiarity with SQL, FIX and reporting tools
  • Four (4) year degree in business or technical field (Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science)
  • On premise at client up to 50% in Toronto
  • Ability to travel to client sites throughout the United States and Canada
  • Ability to work effectively when remote from clients
