Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in Finance processes with expertise in OTC
Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Black Belt certification preferred
Experience with SAP, process mining tools (Celonis preferred), and digital automation (RPA/workflow)
