** Ferrero LADM is seeking an In-store Activation Manager to oversee in-store marketing strategies and execution in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade or shopper marketing and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of point-of-sale material development, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management. **

Job Summary

  • You will lead the POS Materials Development process end-to-end, collecting inputs from Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, translating them into clear briefs and turning ideas into high-quality POSM that stands out in store.
  • Cost control and budget management will be a key part of your day-to-day, including raising SAP purchase orders and monitoring spend to avoid deviations.
  • In Spain, you will also manage hostess activities, working with external agencies on selection, contracts, briefings and performance follow-up, ensuring strong field execution and a high level of in-store marketing excellence.
