We are looking for candidates who have a passion for helping court-involved youth and are Working Together to Strengthen North Carolina’s Youth and Families!
These positions will be located at: Rockingham Youth Development Center 424 Elliot Rd. Reidsville, NC and require shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
Step 0- $41,558; Bonus/Equity: Shift premium (10%) for 2nd/3rd shift; Benefits: State Benefits (paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, retirement, health insurance)

Monitor and supervise juveniles
Maintain a secure environment
Document safety violations
Provide counseling and therapeutic intervention
Administer assessment tools
Physical and Mechanical Restraints

Demonstrated knowledge of adolescent development
Experience with crisis intervention techniques
Experience working with minority groups
Experience with multidisciplinary service team
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 24 months of related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience
