Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
Provide direct nursing care as necessary, including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, taking vital signs, and administering medications.
Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing service department.

Key Requirements
Current RN license
Current CPR certification
2 years or more experience
Nursing Degree from accredited college
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
