Job Summary
This position is primarily clinical, providing veterinary care and veterinary services in support of the organization’s research mission.
In this role, the incumbent will, on a daily basis, diagnose, treat, and manage clinical cases identified in the research colonies; assist with disease surveillance and prevention programs; participate in various activities to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines; and assist the Director with administration and management of the animal care and use program.
There are also opportunities to participate in teaching of veterinary residents, graduate students and medical students, and collaborate on research and other scholarly activities.
