The position requires a senior decision-maker who can facilitate trade-off discussions and lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Candidates will own executive-level communication and reporting while maintaining accountability for budgets schedules performance metrics and benefit realization.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science degree required
10+ years leading complex programs
Experience in Biotech IVD or Medical Device industries
Proven track record in highly matrixed organizations
Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements
Proficiency in MS Project Power BI Excel PowerPoint
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or MBA preferred
PMP certification preferred
Experience with SAP and ERP systems
Deep knowledge of consumable manufacturing processes
Ability to influence senior executive leaders
Key Requirements
BS degree in science engineering or related field
10+ years progressive experience in regulated industries
PMP or equivalent advanced program management certification (preferred)
Experience managing multi-site programs in matrixed organizations
